GUJRATI METHI THEPLA WITH TOMATO JHOL RECIPE
Gujrati methi thepla with tomato jhol:-
- THEPLA RECIPE
- TOMATO JHOL
Whole wheat flour (atta) 1 1/4 cups
Gram flour (besan) 2/3 cup
Fenugreek leaves (methi) chopped1 cup
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil 3 tablespoons
Sieve wheat flour and besan separately.
Mix wheat flour, besan, chopped methi leaves, salt, red chilli powder and then add water to make a semi hard dough, knead it well and rest it for 10 minutes.
Divide into 8 equal portions.
Roll out each portion and cook on a hot griddle on both sides, applying a little oil.
Cook till lightly browned on both sides. Serve hot.
विधि – How to make Methi Thepla ?
Tomato Jhol(Mixed Sour Tomato Curry)
- Green Chilli(Hara Mirch)
- Lasun Chopped
- Onion half Chopped
- Sarson(Mustard Seeds)
- Haldi(Turmeric Powder)
First put 2 tablespoon oil in pan,add sarson then lasun chopped,and then fry it with mirchi added
Add onion chopped after frying,add haldi also.
Then add tomato amd let it dissolve whole means fry whole.
Add namak swadanusar,
Take a bowl and add curd in it then pour water according to quantity. And mix it well.
Then add above curd solution in pan.
And fry whole solution well.
Your tomato Jhol is ready to eat with thepla.
